A downloadable playdate demo

As a Hand of the Divine, it's your job to command the spheres of influence for the world's divinities in order to gain them as much prestige as possible!  In this highscore solitaire deckbuilder, you must manage your deck by playing and purchasing cards as you gather as much influence as possible within a limited number of turns.

This free demo gives you access to 5 of the 23 spheres of influence included in the main game.  If you enjoy it, please consider purchasing the full version on Playdate Catalog when it releases on April 9th, 2024.  Your progress made in the demo will carry over to the catalog version.

Full Version Features:

  • 23 divine spheres to mix and match that change the way you approach each game. (There's 1771 possible ways to combine them!)
  • Over 200 unique cards.
  • Online leaderboards to prove your skill.
  • Relaxing yet compelling card-based gameplay.

This game is designed for the playdate handheld system.  It is played with just the D-pad and the A and B buttons.

really love the Demo.

Simple rules to play but much strategic potential. I like that the Shop is not separated from the gameplay and is a strategical element to Play more cards in your turn. Also like the twist that your Score ist the currency for the Shop. The mechanism to Play Cards is also New and fresh to me.
Intimität this Game is good for people who just pick cards with their Flow and for those who Like to find the perfekt Order to Play the Cards.

Grafics are nice too.

I think i will Play many rounds Till the realease becaise of the addictive gameplay Loop and the Fact that the Progress transfers from the Demo to the Main Game.

Instand buy for me :-)

I'm glad to hear it, and I'm excited to compete with you on the leaderboards once the full version releases!

is there a way to replay the tutorial? I have no idea what I’m doing. Is it even possible to lose?

There isn't a way to replay the tutorial at the moment, but I can look into adding an option.  In terms of a lose condition, the game ends after 10 turns (although you can extend this with many cards).  If you're asking whether there's a specific "lose" situation, there isn't particularly- the goal is just to get as high of a score as you can, both to unlock new decks and compete with others, once the full version comes out.
